The Essence of YOU is a deeply nourishing Winter Solstice immersion inviting you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the quiet essence of who you are beneath the noise of everyday life.

As the longest night draws you gently inward, this immersive experience offers you a space to soften and surrender to the subtle seasonal rhythms moving through you.

Through gentle somatic practices, conscious breath, restorative stillness, and harmonising sound, you’ll be guided back into an intimate relationship with your inner knowing as something to feel, honour, and trust.

This sacred gathering is a space to tend to your inner light as we rest in the darkest time of the winter season, cultivating steady ground within so we may receive the clarity we need to move through the season with grace and ease.

You will also receive a beautiful take-home ritual (with supporting printed handout and audio) to support your integration of our time together.
