Belong to You

 
 

The morning was quiet and dark. The fog hung low over the valley. I slid onto my cushion, my hands holding my heart, bowing my head in honour of this time I offer in devotion to the life within me every day.

After silent prayer I began to play my harmonium, deep resonant sounds which my body softens to. My voice humming slow and deep, the vibrations sweeping rumination and tension through and away, leading my mind and body back home.

Om Aim Hrim Shrim. Om Aim Hrim Shrim. Om Aim Hrim Shrim.

This time on my cushion is my sacred time for me.

I belong to no one except myself.

It is here I remember who I am.

It is here I remember I am not my emotions, I am not my thoughts. I am not the beliefs that have corralled me for a lifetime.

I am not my kids, my work, my responsibilities, my likes and dislikes.

In remembering this, I remember freedom.

I remember who I am not in order to remember who I am.

And this sacred time in my day, where I belong to myself, is the daily healing self-care balm that sets me, and my loved ones, free.


After almost 20 years of teaching yoga and exploring the language of the body, my work has evolved into a deeper listening - one that moves beneath words and into the field of energy itself.

I now guide sensitive, heart-centred women through intuitive energetics and embodied awareness, helping them reconnect to their natural rhythm and inner clarity. My approach is grounded, yet fluid, blending the structure of practice with the spaciousness of presence.

I believe healing isn’t something we achieve - it is something we remember. When we return to stillness, the body and energy realign naturally, revealing what was whole all along. Every session with me is an invitation to listen differently: to your body, your intuition, your truth.

I hold a small number of 1:1 intuitive energetics spaces each season for those who feel called to slow down, reconnect, and move through life with a little more ease, aliveness, and attuned clarity.
