Remember the wise woman within 🕊️
Intuitive You: Sacred Space for Inner Knowing
Every one of us holds the knowing of the wise woman within.
She is the one that walks with lived experience, inherited memory and deep intuition.
She listens more than she speaks. She values meaning over metrics. She trusts cycles more than certainty. She loves authenticity over mimicry. She embraces presence over performance.
She rises rooted in nature, anchored in her heart and open to all possibility.
She reminds us that there is a sacred power in allowing. In holding space for deep knowing.
But due to the patriarchal structures that govern us, we have lost touch with this deep, feminine wisdom. We find ourselves caught in the over-worked engine of the thinking mind, disconnected from the inherent knowing that is available when we allow ourselves to be still, quiet and receptive.
Join me in sacred circle this Spring to receive potent tools and powerful practices to reconnect with your wise woman within.
Together we will explore:
An introduction to basic energy principles and concepts
How inner guidance is received intuitively through our sensory awareness
Somatic and energy balancing movement to ground into bodily wisdom
Potent tools to clear & charge your Chakra energy system
Breathwork to gather & direct energy through your intuitive centres
Sound & mantra to open up energetic channels of communication
Energetic ‘Rays of Light’ to harmonise the systems of your body
The afternoon will close with beautifully harmonising somatic movement and a restful Yoga Nidra to support your integration of our explorations.
No prior experience is needed. The material will be presented in an accessible, beginner friendly way with a supporting printed handout to ensure you leave feeling empowered and ready to bring these potent tools and practices into your everyday life.
Tea & nibbles with new and old friends will also be available after the circle.
Much love 🧡
